Terms of service

These terms apply when you use nukeoptics.com or buy from Nuke Optics Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201413347R), Pioneer Junction, 3 Soon Lee Street, #03-13, Singapore 627606 ("Nuke Optics", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Our Shipping, Return and refund, and Privacy policies form part of these terms.

1. Using the site

You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by interfering with how it works, copying it, or using it for anything unlawful.

2. Products and previews

• Our 3D customiser, virtual try-on, renders and photos show how products look as closely as we can. Colours, lens tints and fit can look slightly different in real life and from screen to screen.
• Modular parts (frames, arms, lenses) are made to fit Nuke Optics modular systems. We can't promise they fit other brands.
• Products described as meeting the ANSI Z87.1+ impact standard are tested to that standard. Use them as intended, and replace them if they are damaged.
• Sunglasses are not for looking at the sun, and tinted lenses are not for night driving.
• Some people featured on our site, including our "crew" ambassadors, are AI-generated characters. We label them as such.

3. Prescription lenses

When this service is available, we make lenses from the prescription you enter. You are responsible for entering a valid, current prescription from a qualified optometrist or doctor. Prescription lenses are made to order and can't be returned for change of mind; we remake them only if they don't match your prescription because of our mistake.

4. Prices, discounts and payment

• Prices are in Singapore dollars (S$) unless shown otherwise. Other currencies are shown for convenience; you are charged at checkout.
• Bundle offers such as "2 pairs for S$99" apply only to the products listed for that offer and are applied automatically at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount applies per order, and offers may end at any time.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders and pre-orders

Your order is accepted when we send it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. Pre-order items are sent from the delivery date shown on the product page; if that date moves, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. Times are estimates. Customers outside Singapore pay any import duties and taxes charged by their country.

7. Returns and exchanges

You can return items within 7 working days of receiving them, for an exchange or store credit, as set out in our Return and refund policy. Refunds are given for items paid for but not in stock.

8. Warranty

• Connectors can be replaced once, free of charge, within one year of purchase.
• Nuke Venom lenses can be replaced once, for S$19.90, within one year of purchase.
• To claim, email info@nukeoptics.com with your order number or receipt, the model, the purchase date and a photo of the part.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, misuse, accidents, or loss.

9. Your account, community posts and giveaways

• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• By posting photos, videos or text to our gallery or forum, you confirm that you own them and that everyone shown agrees to be posted. You give Nuke Optics a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show, edit and share them on our site and social media, with credit to you where practical. You can ask us to remove a post at any time.
• Don't post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that belongs to someone else. We may refuse or remove any post.
• Community posts and free gift giveaways are for people aged 18 and over. Giveaways are limited to one item per person, delivered to Singapore addresses only, while stock lasts. A gift is confirmed only once we approve your post, and we may decline claims that don't meet these terms.

10. Our content

The Nuke Optics name, logo, designs, 3D models, photos and text on this site belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
