Our warranty depends on the series your glasses belong to: modular or non-modular.
Modular series
Modular frames and arms.
- Connectors: every connector can be replaced once, free of charge, within one year from the date of purchase. We send the replacement by registered mail at no charge.
- Nuke Venom lenses: every Nuke Venom lens can be replaced once, for S$19.90, within one year from the date of purchase.
- Frames and arms are not covered: breakage comes from impact or misuse.
- Normal wear, scratches, accidents and loss are not covered.
Non-modular series
Dart, Spectral Z87.1+, Inferno, Nova, Hyperion, Oracle and our other non-modular frames.
- One replacement of the entire pair for S$19.90, within one year from the date of purchase.
- It covers a broken frame or scratched lenses, whatever the condition.
- The damaged pair must be returned to us.
How to claim
- Contact us by email at info@nukeoptics.com or on WhatsApp at +65 9189 0541.
- Send your proof of purchase: your online order number, or a photo of your store receipt, plus the model and a photo of the damaged part or pair.
- Return the damaged part or pair (needed for non-modular claims) by post to Nuke Optics, Pioneer Junction, 3 Soon Lee Street, #03-13, Singapore 627606, or bring it to the showroom during opening hours (Saturdays, 2.30 to 7pm).
- We send your replacement once your claim is confirmed.
