Singapore
- All purchases can be returned within 7 working days to be exchanged for another product of similar value, higher or store credits.
- Returned item should be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
- If product value for returns is higher a top up of the difference is required.
- All refunds and returns should be made at Pioneer junction 3 soon lee street #03-13, S627606 during operating hours.
- Refunds will only be issued for items paid for but not in stock.
International
- All purchases can be returned within 30 working days to be exchanged for another product of similar value, higher or store credits.
- Returned item should be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
- If product value for returns is higher a top up of the difference is required.
- All refunds and returns should be made at Pioneer junction 3 soon lee street #03-13, S627606 during operating hours.
- All shipping cost for returns is to be borne by customer, safe shipment delivery of returns is the customers responsibility.
- Refunds will only be issued for items paid for but not in stock.
