Local Orders Singapore

• Free Shipping or Flat rate of $5.90 depending on promotions.
• Delivery is within 3-5 working days.

International Orders. All other countries except Singapore.

• Postage via Fed Ex.
• Flat postage rate of $25.
• Delivery is within 5 to 15 working days.

Warranty Claims

• All connectors can be replaced ONCE at no charge, within one year from date of purchase (proof of purchase must be shown). Contact info@nukeoptics.com. We will send the replacements using normal registered mail (not chargeable). Express Shipping is chargeable.
• PP, HIP lenses can be replaced at $19 ONCE within one year from date of purchase. HIPP lenses can be replace at $29 ONCE within one year from date of purchase. Please follow the below mentioned steps for lens replacement. Once approved we will email you a code which will allow you to buy the lenses online at $19.

Returns & exchanges

must be done within 7 working days from the time item is received or bought. You may return or  exchange the product to one of similar dollar value or you may top it up if the value of the product is higher or you may request for store credit. No refunds allowed. You may email info@nukeoptics.com
