These rules apply to all orders, in Singapore and overseas.
Returns and exchanges
- You can return a purchase within 7 working days from the day you receive your order.
- Exchange it for another product of similar or higher value, or take store credit.
- If the new product costs more, you top up the difference.
- The returned item must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for items paid for but not in stock.
- If we cancel your order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was wrong, you get a full refund.
- If the delivery date of a pre-order moves, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Return shipping
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, and safe delivery of the return is the customer's responsibility.
- We send the exchanged product by registered mail at no charge.

Prescription lenses
When our prescription lens service is available: prescription lenses are made to order and can't be returned for change of mind. We remake them only if they don't match your prescription because of our mistake.
