1Your prescription
OD is your right eye and OS your left. SPH (sphere) is the main power, CYL (cylinder) and AXIS correct astigmatism. If your prescription has no CYL, leave it at 0.00. If it shows a plus (+) cylinder, please upload a photo instead.
PD is the distance between the centres of your pupils, in millimetres. Most adults are between 54 and 74 mm. It's usually on your prescription. If it isn't, ask your optometrist, or WhatsApp us and we'll help.
We can make single vision lenses from −6.00 to +6.00 SPH and up to −2.00 CYL. Progressive lenses are coming soon. Outside this range, please WhatsApp us.

The Nuke optics range of products and accessories are fantastic. They meet my daily needs. I only wish they have a shop where I can actually see their products. Who knows, will probably buy more stuff. :D
