Refunds & Returns

These rules apply to all orders, in Singapore and overseas.

• Purchases can be returned within 7 working days from the day you receive your order, to be exchanged for another product of similar or higher value, or for store credit.
• The returned item must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
• If the new product costs more, a top-up of the difference is required.
• Refunds are only issued for items paid for but not in stock.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and safe delivery of the return is the customer's responsibility. We send the exchanged product by registered mail at no charge.
• Returns can be posted or dropped off at Nuke Optics, Pioneer Junction, 3 Soon Lee Street, #03-13, Singapore 627606, during opening hours.
